Our intentions are to meet the needs of our communities and city, spiritually and practically. This is achieved through a range of activities the church has initiated.

Te Maiatanganui

Community youth group for kids aged 5-11 years.
A great chance to meet and make new friends in Whangarei this is an action packed time with all varieties of cool games. Held each Tuesday & Thursday (during term time) at the Smeatons Drive Community Hall from 3.30pm-5.00pm. (located behind Bunning’s Superstore SH 1)

Whangarei City Christmas Day Feast

The Equip Church have been making the Christmas Day Feast happen for 5 years now!
It's an awesome Christmas day event for those who are financially strained, or who may be otherwise spending Christmas alone... 100 volunteers give up part of their Christmas Day to serve, provide entertainment, and make the day a success for all of their guests.
