Pastors Bruce & Lil

Bruce Corcoran is the Senior Pastor here at Equip, and has been since 2000.  He is married to Lil and together they have a son called Sam and two daughters, Kayte and Laura.  Bruce was involved with local Church Eldership and Leadership, as well as Children’s Ministry and being a Life Group Leader before taking on his current role as Senior Pastor.  Bruce is part of the Elim National Leadership Team. His heart is to influence, equip, train and send – an apostolic mandate that he believes The Equip Church has been given to fulfil.

Lil Corcoran has an awesome passion for the women of our city and has run the annual women's event 'Girlfriends' since 2000.  2007 saw the birth of Phenomenal Women - a weekly woman’s ministry running on Thursday mornings.  Lil’s heart is to see people's lives transformed by a relationship with Jesus, and be given beauty in exchange for the ashes of their past.  Lil is also passionate about the local church and providing a House fit for 'The King of Kings.'
